Finola O’Hanlon
BCL, Solicitor, FITI Chartered Tax Adviser, Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP)

Finola specialises in the area of wealth management and advises on all taxes associated with retaining and passing wealth. This includes advising on the tax efficient structuring of Wills and lifetime transfers of wealth to the next generation.
As a tax solicitor she also provides advice on tax issues arising for conveyancers (in particular the VAT impact of property transactions), and provides a support service to accountants and lawyers who are advising on the technical aspects of Appeals and Revenue Litigation.
Before specialising in tax she worked as a solicitor, in general practice and with the Law Society. She is a FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).

Sandra Meade
BBS, AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP)

Sandra specialises in advising on the taxes associated with employment including income tax, PRSI, USC, pensions, onshore/offshore funds, and termination payments. She also advises on international capital taxes and their interaction with Irish capital taxes.
Sandra works in the area of wealth and retirement planning as well as advising on trust and estate taxation issues. She is the current Chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Ireland. Sandra has lectured and tutored on tax matters for the Law Society, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and others.
Sandra holds a BBS degree and has worked as a tax adviser with O’Hanlon Tax Limited since 2008. She is qualified as an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
